notout Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in this document:

• "notout" or "Platform" — The notout.lat website and all its services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who is registered on notout or is using the platform.
• "Account" — Your personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Wallet" — The financial balance of your account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money provided as a promotional offer that can be withdrawn subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition of placing bets according to a specified multiplier before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

2.1 Age and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to participate on notout:

• You are registering on your own behalf and the account is solely for your personal use.
• You have never been banned from notout for fraud, deception or any other misconduct.

2.2 Registration Process

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• If false or misleading information is provided, the account will be closed and any funds in that account may be forfeited.
• notout may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

3.1 Security Responsibilities

• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to notout support immediately.
• You will be held solely responsible for all activity on your account.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If your name, address, phone number or payment details change, update your account immediately. notout will not be responsible for payment delays or issues caused by outdated information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).
• You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Use the correct reference number when making a deposit, otherwise the credit may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit.
• notout reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳22,000

The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x).
• This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• The time limit for completing the wagering requirement will be noted in your account by notout.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Certain specific games may not count toward bonus wagering.

5.3 VIP Program

The notout VIP program has five tiers with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Based on your volume and consistency of play, you can gradually move up to higher tiers.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

notout is vigilant in preventing bonus abuse. The following activities are prohibited:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets against each other to complete bonus wagering (arbitrage).
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits through any other form of manipulation.

6.1 General Game Policy

• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently audited.
• Game results may be voided due to technical errors and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Server logs are considered final — in the event of any dispute, notout's records will apply.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, play can resume once the connection is restored.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing using software, bots or automated systems.
• Intentionally exploiting any game error or bug.
• Harassing other players or notout staff.
• Collusion or cooperating as a group to gain an unfair advantage over others.
• Playing using a false identity or another person's information.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by notout

notout may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, forgery or money laundering.
• Providing false information or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Abuse or harassment of other users or staff.
• Operating multiple accounts.

In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

12.1 Terms Update

notout reserves the right to change or amend these rules and terms at any time. For significant changes:
